Delivery conditions, delivery time

We deliver free shipping.

The delivery time is 5-12 days within Germany and the European Union. 6-22 days outside the European Union.

Shipping outside the European Union
For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, other costs such as customs duties, import taxes or country specific costs may apply, which are charged by the respective country of destination. Such charges are not included in the shipping cost and are not influenced or covered by us. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Payment via PayPal

During the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online payment service provider PayPal. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter.

Payment via Credit Card

During the ordering process, your credit card details are forwarded to the online payment service provider Stripe. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Stripe immediately afterwards.

Payment by bank transfer
Please transfer the amount to the account specified in the order confirmation email. Use your Order ID as the payment reference.
