1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person that concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly connected to either their commercial or their independent professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the course of a legal transaction exercising its commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual Partners, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Mathias Strecker.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation. Before sending your binding order, you can correct your entries at any time by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart, the contract is concluded. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an additional confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We save the contract text and send the order data and our terms and conditions in text form to you. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer available via Internet.

4. Delivery Conditions
We deliver free of charge.

When shipping outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes, which are charged by the respective country of destination, may apply. Customs duties and import taxes are borne by the recipient and are based on the import regulations of the recipient country. For more information, please enquire at your local customs office.

5. Payment
The following payment methods are available:

Prepayment
If you choose this payment method, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receiving your payment.

PayPal
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice via PayPal, you must either already be registered with PayPal or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the money transaction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive more information during the ordering process.

Credit card payment
If you have selected this payment method, the payment data you have entered will be transmitted to the online payment service provider Stripe. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at the request of Stripe and your card will be charged immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder. You’ll get more information during the ordering process.

6. Reservation of Ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

8. Warranties and Guarantees
The statutory right of liability for defects applies. If any additional guarantees may apply, any information on them and their exact conditions can be found along with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents:

  • in the event of injury to life, body or health
  • in the event of willful or grossly negligent breach of duty
  • in the case of a promise to guarantee, if agreed on, or
  • as far as the scope of the product liability law applies.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the abidance of which the contractual partner can regularly rely on (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the amount of liability shall be that which which must typically be expected at the time the contract was concluded. Additional claims for damages are excluded.

10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), to be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure on a consumer arbitration board.
